Chihuahuas are intelligent dogs?
I have a chihuahua named Trixie shes a year and I want to put it in Dog Agility or freestyle where is something good place to train her that I live near Jacksonville Florida so far this will go well .... but she has a big problem, she acts like she just makes stuff for treats ... ill teach him something, then she will not want to do the next day i practice with it every night and when I try to do with Freck out that agility and jumping is the perfect size for her ... What should I do? Thank you very much Emily!
Hello Emily, I have a short coat chi woman that my 17 year old daughter has agility. Pixie weighs only 3 pounds and is about to complete the first session and did very well. I 'm actually surprised with her being by far the smallest dog in its class and its environs. I think you should continue with Trixie ..... if you find a treatment that love and only use when you train it you'll be amazed at her attention and she remembered what she wants because that process again and again:) I love my chi and will find another one in two weeks that I intend to take to agility when she is old enough.
