Collar or Harness for Bichon puppy?
Cesar Millan (Dog Whisperer) advises using a collar and leash when training your puppy? However, friends have advised that for my 8 week Bichon puppy I should use a harness. Have any Bichon owners had problems training their puppy using the harness?
For training use a collar,for walks most small dogs should be in a harness to prevent trauma on the trachea
