Grain Free Dog Training Treats

Yorkie puppies protein level.?

I was told by someone who Yorkie average protein level of 28-33% every day .. I fed my puppy 1 / 4 cup seedless wild meadow Acana which is 33 percent protein, and I gave him some mini Zukes natural dog treat that has 10 percent protein and 2 calories per treatment, is what is too much protein? I use the dog treat to train him to fetch, sit, down, etc. ... So if each treatment is 10 percent protein and it becomes every day about 5 is already 50 per cent of protein? adding that his ordinary dry food from Acana, which is another 33 percent ... when he gets more than 80 percent protein? Thats !!!.... its amazing what stress will liver and his condition?

How you add levels of protein in your dog is inaccurate. His food is a protein of 33% and candy are 10%. This means that 90% of the deal is NOT the protein and 67% of the diet is NOT a protein. It is not based on its daily intake protein, but the percentage in the food relative to other nutrients. Short answer, no, it does not harm your dog. Good choice of food. Pet Food Champion (Orijen and Acana) are the only food I will feed my dogs. Good stuff.
