There are some dog training schools that offer only Obedience Training while other schools will give you instruction in police work, narcotics work, Schutzhund training, service dog training, tracking, agility, and more. If you want to have an all inclusive dog training business then you need to also find all inclusive dog training schools.
Check the geography of the school you wish to attend. There are few dog training schools across the country. You may be able to find one near your home or you may have to travel.
Make sure to check references. Every year there are more and more dog training schools yet only a few of them are worth your time or effort. Make sure to check what the recent graduates have done, the success they have had in the dog training industry, and whether or not they were satisfied with their experience.
