How do you form a Manchester Terrier moles dig?
I recently received a Manchester Terrier puppy, he is almost 5 months. I research and they are "vermin" dogs. The AKC website says they will basically tear your house apart to get to mice and rodents. We have always had problems mole, and that they are rodents, I was wondering what would be a good way to maybe do it in this "get-it" usual. He is very brave and likes to chase things (like birds), we have a cat that we do not have a real mouse problem yesterday, he has been up and down a runway but never dug mole on her and was easily distracted so I figure he has the personality for him just asked how to help her get started.
sounds like hes a natural, once he figures he has to take them out it'll be fun to watch. you have to show him an instinct, then take over. Do not eat these things if they have parasites. I have a beagle / spaniel mutt Breton for hunting rabbit. he also wanted to kill moles, mice, rats, ect.
