You are absolutely right. There are many places where there are other races were more "Dangerous" dogs that they have listed as "hazardous" or "banned". In fact, I think I posted a question just time showing some study they did in Europe (do not remember the countries of the hand) and mutts were atop the list, followed by Dogs such as Golden Retrievers and others that are rarely spoken. There was also GSDs top of the list, but I think it was a little different because GSDs were significantly more frequent in this country than in most places.
