I need help with House Training adult dog!?

My dog (about a year and 4 months) will not poop outside. He gladly pee outside, but it continues inside poop (and not on the Puppy Pads, we set out for him either.) If you haveany suggestions that will be great, because if he is not educated soon, my mom will make a house outside. It is a cup of Yorkshire Tea and weighs only 5 pounds! So please HELP! Incidentally, he has no specific time poo. He Poos just when! It One thing that is very frustrating ...

A small dog should NOT be kept outside. It is too dangerous. If you housebreak cannot it, then I suggest you give it to someone who can and who will keep him inside. Try paying attention to time of day when it will (most dogs go on the same time each day, often just after eating). Make sure to take him outside at that time, then keep it out at regular intervals until it happens. When he goes outside, praise him and bring him back into the house. If he made a mistake in the house, tell him "NO", then take both him and the poop outside and put poop where you want it to go. In this way he will know where the bathroom is supposed to be: o) You can use something like Natures Miracle remove the smell in the house, he is not tempted to return to the same place.
